PFI Waste Water Treatment Equipment

 Vapor Compression / Flash Evaporatione
Wastewater is preheated across a secondary heat exchanger and diverted into a primary recirculation loop. Within the primary recirculation loop, the temperature is elevated to create separation of steam generated from the liquid. The wastewater is continuously pumped out of a disengagement "flash" vessel through a primary heat exchanger and back into the vessel across a flash diffuser located above the liquid level in the vessel. Flows and velocities within the primary recirculation loop are designed to create turbulent self-cleaning action within the primary heat exchanger. The system is also designed to eliminate evaporation within the primary heat exchanger and create a steam separation or "flash" zone within the vessel only. More

 Thermal Oxidation
The Thermo-Oxidizer is designed to completely oxidize liquid waste, leaving only dry ash residue. By automatically controlling the combustion temperature, maximum efficiency is achieved. The results in fuel costs are as low as $0.03 per gallon treated.  The Thermo-Oxidizer utilizes a cast ceramic refractory for all combustion chamber surfaces to eliminate corrosion and metal failure. By utilizing the optional waste oil burner, the system can eliminate both waste oil and wastewater. More

 Evaporators

Most environmental experts agree that evaporation offers industry the simplest and most effective long-term approach to wastewater disposal.  Our evaporators are proven solutions to virtually any wastewater disposal problem.  The design provides consistent operation, minimal clean-out, high efficiency and ease of maintenance.

 Solvent Recyclers
Using distillation technology, our recyclers recover spent (waste) industrial solvents for reuse. These batch type systems are available in 5 to 55 gallon capacities.

Recycling reduces the amount of industrial waste to be disposed and therefore reduces associated environmental liability. Additional economic benefits are gained by a reduction of new solvent purchases.

During the recycling process, the distillation tank is filled with contaminated fluid. The fluid is boiled and reduced to vapors leaving the contaminants behind in the tank. The vapors then pass through a cooling condenser, which returns them to a clear pure liquid ready for reuse. The recycled solvent is 99%+ pure.

Standard units have a boiling range of 100-320°F.
All units are available with a vacuum assist to increase this range to 500°F.

 Ultra Filtration & Reverse Osmosis
Our Membrane Systems offer a straight forward approach to separating oily wastewater which otherwise would require extensive physical/chemical or heat treatment. More
